This year, the Omni Adolescents are playing basketball as an afterschool activity. Many of us are on the team and we play against different teams of the YMCA on the weekends. We hope people will stop by and watch as we play hard, and with the community's support, the basketball team can win!

This month, the Omni Adolescents are participating in Aerial Dance and Curling for PE, and Painting, Cooking, and Digital Media for CE. We are so excited for Fridays and can't wait to hear what our next CE/PEs are!

Here at the Land Lab, our rooster, Alpha, has grown so much from the time we first got our chicks back in the spring. We have decided to donate the chicken to a farm where it can roam freely and happily. We are sad to say goodbye to the rooster, but we know it is for the better! #transformationtuesday

Before the Winter Break, the Omni Adolescents volunteered at Hope for Lancaster, an organization that helps people who are unemployed or are having an emergency, such as an operation or prescription they cannot afford. We helped move, weigh, mark, and stack food in large trailers which will be given to those families. We have volunteered there many times before then, and we are excited to come back and help the community.

Happy New Year! The Omni Adolescents are back on track from the long Winter Break. We hope everyone had a great Winter Break and is ready for what 2015 brings!
