Selling the fish

On Tuesday March 31, we successfully sold our Tilapia to The Carolina Fish Market. We have been growing our tilapia in our aquaponics lab for the past year. The tilapia were donated to us by a local farmer, John Lee. We have been working on this aquaponics project for the past 6 years and we are proud to have our first successful grow out.
